Abstract
The essay examines the remedies that the investor can exercise in case of breach of the rules that regulate the activity of the financial intermediary. It examines in particular the restitutions in cases of nullity, cancellation or termination of the investment contract, and the claims to compensation for damages caused by the misconduct of the intermediary.
