Abstract

[Ita:]An outrageous piece of legislation criticized as example of “no cost reform”, namely at the expenses of public notaries. Penny companies and standardized law cost bylaws have been commingled by Italian Lawmakers in such a picaresque way as to create an extraordinary example of idleness. More than 60,000 new companies have been created, mostly in regions known for the misdeed of the organized criminality, and only few of them are active. Was it worth to spoil the legal system to create paper business?
