Abstract
From the excavations of the domus of the Civic Library in Vicolo Aquila Nera (Bergamo) comes a Gallic Sigillata cup made in the Eastern workshops, more precisely in Rheinzabern (Germany). The products of these ateliers are very rare in northern Italy and are due to occasional trade. The Rhaetian passes were the trade routes for the arrival of these ceramics in Lombardy.
