Abstract
In contemporary culture trend, the reasons and the ways in which couples endure seem to be shrouded in mystery. The education family studies set the couple's relationship as an interesting subject to develop and construct meanings. The hypothesis to be investigated is that the time spent together wears out the couple but also strengthen it, becoming possible to structure meanings for partners. The couple's storytelling can support the development of the meaning of "We-ness" and promote a generative perspective
