Abstract
Horizon Europe is the new research and innovation framework program defined by European Union. The scientific and cultural novelty of this initiative must be considered by social pedagogy, to critically examine and increase its educational value appertaining to human capability and educational processes. This discussion can occur within an on-going project, VIVibilità, Resilienza, Educazione per contrastare le povertà (VIVRE) led by the Catholic University, with activities on climate change.
