Tutela dell’ambiente e ADR: profili ricostruttivi della mediazione e facilitazione ambientale.

The aim of the paper is to deepen the issue of environmental protection through ADR, also in the light of the recent reform of civil justice, in order to highlight the criticalities of a system that does not foresee a specific institution predetermined to the extrajudicial settlement of so-called environmental conflicts. Some brief research notes will be devoted to the theme of environmental facilitation, as a still embryonic procedure aimed at enabling a form of environmental dispute resolution in an essentially preventive way, especially where public administration is involved.
