Abstract

The relationship between Literature and Law is discussed, especially with regard to the new ways of dealing with the management of industrial risk and the precautionary principle. A "narrative" approach to the prvention of harms is deemed quite relevant, as shown in several legal rules recently introduced in Italy, especially in the field of work accidetns prevention and environmental wrongdoings, where a sorty of "restorative culture" is beginning to take root.
