Abstract
Since CLIL implementation started in Italy some 8 years ago, high school students’ views about it have\r\nbeen among the least researched topics. The present exploratory study seeks to investigate, by means\r\nof a questionnaire administered to 129 liceo linguistico students in 3 different schools, the students’ point\r\nof view concerning: the effects of CLIL (carried out in English) on Italian (mostly on reading and writing),\r\nthe interconnections between English and Italian, and the development of language skills that are different\r\nfrom those developed in an English-language course.
