Abstract
the research moves from the eudaimonic approach to well-being and fron salutogenic perspective, wich aim at identifying the origin of health and well-being rather than the origin of ill-being. the aim of this study is to test the role of self-empowerment as a factor of promotion of psychological well-being in the context of work organizations.
