Abstract
In the context of the Annual Report on Migration in Italy produced by Fondazione ISMU ETS, the chapter illustrates the peculiar condition of people with disabilities and a migrant background, victims of visibility on a statistical level as well as on a social and political-institutional level. In the final part, it presents the project "CiSiamo", designed precisely to counter the risks of intersectional discrimination, promote accessibility to local services and opportunities, support the empowerment of migrants with disabilities.
