Abstract
The study selects a series of anonymous and pseudo-epigraphic texts of epistolo
graphic theory, tracing the state of the art and posing some methodological questions.
The most evident question is the absence of a systematic survey of these texts, but
scholars will certainly benefit from the results of the OPA project.
