Teaching and learning: an exchange of knowledge in the university among students, service users and professors

The purpose of the article is to present an innovative perspective about social work education. In this article the author describes an original experience developed in Social work education called “Social Work Orientation Workshop”. In the text will be presented goals and principles of this experience, referring to the education context, the theoretic paradigm, the structure of the workshop and the tools utilized.
