Abstract
Today the phenomenon of migration
that characterizes our country – among
others – and in particular immigration
from non-European countries with
strong migratory pressure, pose a direct challenge
to the Italian business system. This requires our
companies to prepare to manage the inevitably increased
level of diversity, in organizational staff, due
to the presence of immigrant personnel also with a
view to exploiting their human capital and thus producing
a competitive advantage.
