Abstract
Environmental crisis urgency and social inequalities have caught the attention of CEOs and multi-business companies, leading to an increasing awareness that stakeholder demands must be addressed. This chapter sheds light on the main dimensions used by multi-business companies to define their stakeholder orientation. The text also explains how corporate governance can strongly influence
stakeholder orientation. Last, the chapter illustrates how stakeholder orientation shapes CS.
