Abstract
A relatively easy migrants' access to jobs has led many people to undervalue the risks involved in a scarcely universalistic market driven by informal and spontaneistic mechanisms. Satarting from this premise, this article strees the need to reinforce the role of the "Politics" in the government of migratory flows.
