Abstract
The world of welfare systems and care professionals is increasingly complexifying. Traditional knowledge and technical thought is no more suitable to face the uncertainty of our times. A new paradigm is needed: aware of the urgency to reconnect cognitive and emotional skills and capable of learning from oneself's experience.
