Abstract

The survey is the result of a research involving 24 national voluntary organizations working in field of chronic disease. The survey has studied the training systems and 24 updating projects aimed at volunteers in service, highlighting the dynamic of the educational choices and prodding the people in charge into thinking about theoretical models and formative results. Besides, the essay illustrates the frontiers of research and the chosen qualitative method.
