Abstract
This study underscores the need for universities to adapt their teaching approaches to accommo-\r\ndate the distinct characteristics of Generation Z. It proposes that universities should prioritize stu-\r\ndent satisfaction and achievement by crafting courses that specifically address the requirements of\r\nthis generation. The research emphasizes the significance of implementing a diversified teaching\r\nstrategy, encompassing the integration of spontaneous materials, flipped classrooms, massive open\r\nonline courses (MOOCs), gamification, and simulated trading rooms to create an immersive learn-\r\ning experience. The study also suggests that providing high-quality services can set universities\r\napart in a competitive and diverse higher education market. Examining the needs of instructors\r\nand students as well as universities, this research aims to establish the groundwork for implement-\r\ning new university policies that more effectively meet the demands of Generation Z.
