Abstract
The article discusses the meaning and the use of the concept of reflexivity in evaluation adult training programmes. The starting point is the intended meaning of such an expression then a suitable definition of evaluation is proposed and discussed in the light of the concept of reflexivity. This allows to draw some consequences and open conclusions about these issues.
