Abstract
The paper examines some of the main issues that have emerged in the recent evolution of the US trade union context. Starting from the considerations made in Prof. Mario Grandi’s studies, the article focuses on the legal issues connected to the reduction of unionization rates and on some of the practices elaborated by collective bargaining in the face of transformations of the economic framework and labour relations.
