Abstract
This paper was born from two considerations: on one hand, cohabitation in a work environment is becoming more and more challenging; on the other hand, professional training represents a common interventional incentive in order to support and improve individual, group and organizational development.
In the light of the fact that organizations are asking more and more complex questions, the aim of this work is to think over on how, adopting a certain perspective and educational method (for instance, using the group as a main training tool, commending the importance of learning starting from the individual experience and the relevance of considering individual, group and organizational levels as integrated), could result particularly adequate in order to support the organization to achieve substantial outcomes (such as developing a generative organizational cohabitation).
In this paper, we will analyze two illustrative cases, underlining the evolution and learning process with a particular focus on organizational cohabitation consequences.
