Abstract
Pre-infarction angina (PIA) has been shown to reduce the microvascular obstruction (MVO) rate in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). We sought to evaluate the potential modulator role of cardiovascular risk factors (CRFs) on this protective effect.
