Abstract
Changes that have invested in school, the autonomy of teaching based on national\r\nguidelines and personalized study plans, with strong changes in the social context,\r\ncomplexity and current uncertainty have progressively changed the teacher’s profile and educational\r\nskills . Due to the influence of these factors, acquiring additional skills by the teacher\r\nis central to addressing contemporary changes in educational practices. In view of these, the professor requires a sense of identity and practical teaching skills to improve the ability to\r\nhelp new generations in their self-realization. In this sense, this study examines the demand\r\nfor coaching in schools as a didactic, relational and motivational competence.
