Abstract
Some theoretical and practical considerations about how to establish strict relations between public libraries, archives and museums (a "dialogue of cultural services", in authors' words), in order to offer a better service to citizens. In the authors' vision, it is the way not only to supply a larger amount of information, but even to strengthen culture and public knowledge in modern societies
