Osservazioni sulla semantica delle clausole generali

In legal practise it is not clear what is the meaning of the expression “general clause”. It\r\nseems possibile to find a strong core of meaning referring to the presence of evaluative terms.\r\nThis way of bounding the notion at issue is very profitable to understand many concepts related\r\nto general clause and involved in the practice of legal dogmatics like “evaluative integration”.\r\nTo reach the aim is necessary to spend some words about some concepts belonging\r\nto philosophy of language and moral philosophy.
