One Health e orizzonte comunitario

The communitarian prism is a useful reading grid in order to understand the complexity of the One Health-paradigm, with particular regard to an existential interpretation of the human dimension, to the holistic framework related to the Lebenswelte and to the “anti-speciesist” perspective. The legal reflexes of this pattern involve the theoretical-dogmatic dimension, the jurisdictional level and the health protection systems, especially in light of the relevant social changes (i.e. Ageing) as well as of the consequent sociological-political patterns of organization (i.e. Welfare State) within the transition from the modernity to the post-modernity.
