Abstract
Abstract: Beyond Article 9 of the Constitution: a (resilient) right for the (ecological) transition – The paper aims to set out the framework for a new resilient law (and regulatory approach) fit for the ecological transition. This resilient law needs to take up the challenge of trust in the existential urgency for the ecological transition, together with that of a justice in transition (even in respect to future generations); the challenge of new eco-systemic alliances, together with that of a transition as a service approach (TaaS). These many challenges can be faced by re-shaping regulatory approaches and policy responses based on the new space/time opened up by resilience in transitions.
