Abstract
This essay is concerned with analyzing, through the integrated perspectives of radicalization studies and crisis management, possible new forms and types
of radicalization and extremism in the time of the pandemic from COVID-19. The main thesis argued is that the socio-political context redefined by the
pandemic has promoted the advent of different forms of radicalization and religious and political extremism in particular, highlighting new typologies
produced by the fusion of multiple theoretical orientations and practical instances.
