Abstract
The paper aims to give some general
guidance on the regulation of “incomegenerating
contracts” in the public administration
system. For this purpose it
first tackles the question of the confines
of the notion of income-generating contracts,
then moves on to the application
of the general regulations laid down by
law and State accounting regulations,
and whether they may be applied to the
contracts based on the Code of Public
Contracts of 2006. The work concludes
with a number of considerations on the
appropriateness of reforming the regulation
of 1923-1924.
