Abstract
The nursery is the first social place, where parents share the growth of their children with other professionists, and in an early age of the child, full of gestures of care. Fathers and mothers, who come together with their son in this service, bring the experiences before and after access to parenting with them, the type of investment on children, the conditions in which their parenting takes shape; in essence, an educational culture and a specific parental knowledge, plural and multifaceted, potentially fruitful.
The author presents the space of the nursery as a relational place, capable of combining different worlds: that one of the children, but also the adults' one. For the pedagogical discourse is most appropriate to consider the problematic nature and complexity, but also the richness of different educational cultures that adults have. Exploring the educational value of such a meeting, the contribution provides significant tips to bring out intentionality in adult education, but also to make education more effective with and for children.
