Abstract
The author deals with the problem of the limit in the use of techniques in pediatrics. It takes into consideration early life issues, with reference to medically assisted reproductive techniques and premature babies, and also examines the issue of enhancement with regards to minors. It specifies the role of the parent and the doctor referring to some jurisprudential cases and to the rules of the code of ethics.
