Abstract
Starting from increasingly urgent issues the relation between natural regularities (“ontological objectivity”) and epistemic uncertainty lies at the heart of the current philosophical-legal debate, which is sinthesyzed by the pair environment-ecosystem. Within this framework the idea of “person” plays a central role, as regards the post-human challenges and the implementation of a new humanism based on an anthropological decentralization and with fundamental ethical-legal-political corollaries.
