Mustalah al-dahr fi-l-lughat al-'arabiyya wa-adabiha (Il termine 'dahr' nella lingua e letteratura araba)

It is obviously not possible to examine the whole of Arabic literary production: we will therefore start off from the many examples in pre-Islamic verses to then linger over the centuries on the reproposal of topics in authors and periods of greatest importance until we touch on the modern and contemporary era. In this regard, we believe incursions into expressions and popular proverbs can confirm the persistence of terms and concepts that are not too distant, despite the time that has passed, but also different according to the changed context and which continue to raise important queries.
