Abstract
A monitoring and evaluation activity concerning European Social Fund training interventions is presented in its methodological and implementation dimension. The activity has been carried out in northern Italy. After a presentation of its reasons, the monitoring design and support instruments are discussed; some lessons are finally drawn for the experience conducted.
