Abstract
The book presents the results of a two- year research, funded by the European Union, which focuses on the needs of children migrated with the family from Romania to Italy or Spain. It is highlighted the impact that limited access to the rights guaranteed by EU law have had on the actual conditions of life of Romanian children in migration across Europe
