Abstract
This book is part of a project that aims, first of all, to provide "positive" psychological lenses to read the organizational reality and to be able, consequently, to identify useful strategies to contribute to the well-being of working people. The book starts with the idea that organizations are communities of people at work, that is places of generative relations and not simple mechanical constructions. Therefore, let these places have a “soul”, made up of the people who work there, who build, who make their own contribution, learning and growing as people and professionals, who work hard, personally and in their relationships. It is, therefore, a matter of how one can "care" this soul, identifying four main objects of this care: motivation, competence, relationship, and, finally, fatigue. In the book, they are explored, proposing a reading of them that could cause some application consequences in the organizational action in this regard.
