Abstract

The radiotherapy hypofractionation and \r\nthe previous surgical treatment may contribute to the LCNP \r\nearlier onset. This prompts us to issue a warning in such situations, along \r\nwith a suggestion to consider conventional fractionation and careful \r\nevaluation of unusual constraints
