Abstract
The chapter analyzes the main intra and inter-organizational issue characterizing succesfull Italian midsize companies. In particulat the chapter examines the role and dynamics of main business relationships between the mid-siezd companies and their suppliers, customers, intermediaries. Attention is devoted to business relationships with cluster companies.
