Abstract
To avoid multiple surgeries in stenosing Crohn's disease, pneumatic endoscopic dilatation has been introduced. The present study evaluated the long-term clinical outcome in Crohn's disease patients after endoscopic dilatation for ileal or neoileal strictures.
