Abstract
In this book is well underlined which is nowadays the vocational training to became a regular and specialized teacher and which skills are fundamental to have to be a good guide able to understand and improve inclusion for students with disability. It also specifies how the recent researches about special education in Italy can be useful to understand which way to go to realize a real community inclusion and openness to diversity
