Abstract
The enterprise of intercultural transition takes place in a scenario\r\ndominated by a profound environmental, social, economic,\r\nand value crisis, accelerated by the strong pressures\r\nof the globalized economy, climate change, and the resulting global migratory movements. In light of these changes and\r\na significant new cultural amalgamation, there is a clear need\r\nfor an unprecedented intercultural approach to tackle global\r\nchallenges, promoting cultural proximity through adequate\r\ntraining. The enterprise, at the center of human life, is in\r\nconstant exchange with the community, where transformative\r\ninteraction dynamics develop. From a perspective of social\r\nsustainability, it must cultivate a new inclusive and\r\nwelcoming organizational culture, fostering relationships of\r\ntrust and cooperation. Cultural proximity thus becomes crucial\r\nfor improving communication and overcoming conflicts,\r\ncreating an environment where differences are valued,\r\nembraced, and integrated. Finally, there is a need for strategies\r\nthat recognize and manage diversity to develop a sustainable\r\nentrepreneurial model and enhance the quality of\r\nlife.
