Abstract
The essay is dedicated to the relation between lifetime contracts and contracts in general, particularly from the perspective of fundamental rights. The issues of termination, fair price and the conflict between contractual duties and familial duties are analyzed. The legal frame of the analysis are above all the Principle of European Contract law and Italian Law.
