Abstract
In every arbitration involving more than a sole arbitrator, the critical moment is the deliberation. With regard to this moment, the article deals with the following issues: 1) Deliberation meetings and negotiating techniques; 2) The attitude of the Chairperson; 3) The attitude of the co-arbitrators; 4) The "courage to decide": the King Solomon syndrome and the decision on costs and fees.
