Abstract
The Constitutional Court with ruling no. 210 of 2022 deemed unreasonable the application to Chambers of Commerce of the obligation to transfer the savings deriving from the spending review rules to the State budget. This is due to the particular financial autonomy of Chambers of commerce, which precludes the possibility of obtaining adequate funding from the State. The contribution examines the implications that derive from the sentence. It can be seen how the functional and financial autonomy of Chambers of Commerce constitutes a limit to the application of the spending review rules, especially where these involve an obligation to transfer to the State budget weighing on the coffers of Chambers of Commerce.
