Today's workplaces are defined as learning contexts in which the person knows, learns, and improves continuously. This learning process takes place through the construction of training paths in line with the roles and activities of workers. Training and learning processes have become a strategic lever for human development. They reveal a double perspective that highlights, on the one hand, the training action towards the learning and growth of individuals, and on the other, the organisational action of the working environment, aimed at the improvement and continuous change in accordance with the market.
