Abstract
the article define particular aspects of the restructuring process of banking organization and business streamlines. The first chapter expose the efficiency related issues and the organizational issues about outsourcing. The second chapter deals with the dimension and the new players in the finacial sector. The third chapter discuss the customer gateways and the specialized banks with respect to the organizational impacts on existing and well established banks. The forth chapter explain and discuss the case of the UK financial sector and its profound transformation, highliting the lesson learned.
