Abstract
Two elements are addressed in the contribution.
The first concerns the possibility and the ways in which the conversazionalismo can help give meaning to seemingly meaningless conversations (without communication) of individuals with Alzheimer's patients. The second concerns the definition proposed by conversazionalismo conversation, a conversation that is understood as a sequence of shifts but not as verbal interaction.
