Abstract
The paper debates the issue of preventive instruments to combat the mafia organizations’ activities, with particular emphasis on those so-called “informazioni antimafia interdittive”. More in details, the essay examinates the essential features of the said measures and the reasons of conflicts amoung them and the principle of legality, then it focuses on the necessity to adopt certain measures, under the procedural or organisational point of view, in order to preserve their legitimacy
