Abstract
The application of shared administration tools represents a largely unexplored field of analysis and research, due to the recent recognition of the principles, institutions, and practices of co-programming and, above all, co-design. Studies on this topic have so far primarily focused on experiences in the field of social welfare and personal services, while less attention has been given to the potential application of these tools in the domain of socio-health services and their integration with social services.\r\n\r\nThis contribution is dedicated to this topic, providing an introductory approach both from a regulatory perspective—through an analysis of the regulatory framework in the Italian regions—and through selected case studies, drawn from the limited number currently available in the country.
