Abstract
The chapter details the perceptions and expectations of users who graduated from a computer science e-learning course. Accounts were recorded via electronic focus groups. While perceptions remained positive, as appeared general evaluation of the course and of e-learning, some criticities emerged: in particular, the absence of a "more physical" interaction with teachers emerged as a powerful setback.
